About The Author
Lizzete S. Tupas is an author, speaker, and healthcare strategist whose work explores the intersection of resilience, leadership, and the human experience. Across her writing, research, and professional work, she is driven by a common question: What is the cost of competence, and what happens when the very qualities that help us succeed begin to stand in the way of healing?
With more than two decades of healthcare experience, Lizzete has led initiatives spanning revenue integrity, operational strategy, and systems improvement. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance is built not only through effective organizational systems, but by recognizing the humanity of the people within them.
As an author, she writes psychologically rich, character-driven stories that examine identity and the quiet moments that reshape a life. Her debut novel, ALWAYS on a TUESDAY, reflects her belief that healing is rarely dramatic—it is often found in the smallest acts of courage, connection, and self-understanding.
Lizzete is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, where her research focuses on expanding access to adolescent mental healthcare through innovative workforce models. She is based in California.
